Ok so this is another site you may already know, but I always spend hours on this site and I always learn something new. I love the articles on this site, so much stuff you don't know or would of thought of. I learn a lot of history on this site, I would recomend you check out 5 Ways the Invention of Pants Shaped the Modern World Its a great read!

The Videos are also good, Does not Compute is also worth checking out. I just really like this site and it always gives me topics and facts I can bring up at any dinner party

Hello everyone! I'm back, sorry I had been busy baking a cake for a friend's 21st that was this weekend, and yes I have a picture

So I'm sorry I didn't have the time to post, but now I have a few sites that should get you guys Not doing your work for a while.

Spiral Knights 9/10


To be honest I found this site by clicking a banner ad on a different site a few months ago. At the time the game was only new and not much was on there, but my partner and I decided we'll play and see where it goes, and very quickly it got huge!

Now I won't be doing to many MMO's but I think this one is very well done, and is easy to play without having to pay a thing, my partner and I both have 5 star equipment without have to pay a cent. Also it is a web based game so there is no download. It is also now Available on Steam.

This game is very tight, the only problem I found is lag but that could be from many different things. The game is always updating and adding new places to explore. also a big plus is that you can actually play on your own if you wanted, the difficulty changes by how many people in the party, more people the harder it is.

I highly recommend you check it out and give it a go, once you start you will never be able to get that work done.

I can spend hours looking at all this stuff these guys have I have even brought a few things from them, including their personal sound track t-shirt. They are always lots of fun! also see if you can find their 'joke' site with all their joke products, post the link in the comments if you find it, if you guys can't I'll post it in wednesday's post.

First I'ld like to say I'm sorry for the late post, It has been a busy week. I won't be able to post tomorrow but I'll be back for the weekend for a double post, now that has been said lets get back to it!

This site has amazing videos and articles for every nerd, especially video game nerds. The site has amazing video game reviews that tell it like it is, also they are very entertaining. You should check out movie bob's movie reviews as they are great too! Actually also his 'the Big Picture' series is good too, all of his stuff is good. And you can't forget Zero Punctuation. I always check out his review before buying a game, although he seems to always talk negative about a game he is just saying all the bad parts as you don't really need to tell the good parts of a game cause that is what you will experience while playing!

Actually this site is so cool I didn't want to ruin it with a photo. So this site is an experiment on how we may interact with computers in the future, this one is, how we would interact without a mouse click. In the whole site you only click once to open the web page, the rest just shows you different examples on how we can interact without clicking. There is also a lot to learn, with history and many examples. So check it out and in the comments tell me, do YOU miss the Click?

The Daily What is a great website to kill time on, it posts the happenings of the day, it is up dated daily with lots of content, on news, film, internet culture, new products and anything else that seems interesting on the internet that day. It's now part of the cheezburger network so it is getting more popular. I always find my self spending lots of time on this site just surfing, I really recommend it. It's great because of the daily updates, every day there is always something new.

It is because I didn't get to post yesterday because I went out for dinner (anyone in the South Coast NSW I highly recommend Stone Grill it is AMAZING!) and I promised myself i would Post every Monday, Wednesday and  Friday, so i making it up with another website. So here is my first Why? review

I felt that this doesn't really need a picture, the name really says it all, its a website of jello thats all really but it is very addicting making it wobble! so have fun!

Dorkly is a new website from the College Humor guys. This site is all about the stuff you enjoy that makes you a dork. If you are geeky like I am, you will love this site. It has very funny articles and posts the best of geeky web comics. Their orignal videos are amazing, very funny and witty, all based on our favorite video game characters. Even their submissions by viewers are good, you can see people in their cos play outfits and even my Engagement cake.

I felt that this maybe a well known site, but talking to some friends, they knew College Humor but not Dorkly so that is why I am posting it. It's a great read and will get you to laugh out loud. I hope you have fun NOT doing your work at Dorkly.

Vat19 is a great place to waste some time on. They are an online shop with many amazing products, but what makes this site different from other online shops are their product videos. They are simply amazing. they are entertaining, funny and straight to the point. They show of the products very well and show you everything you would need to see to buy the product. they have videos for almost every product and I have wasted a whole night trying to watch all of them.

I haven't brought anything from them yet (I'm planning to for christmas). But they have answered all my questions within 48 hours. It is a great site, though my rating is on time wasting, while this is a great site, you could spend maybe 30-60 minutes on the site to entertain yourself, and you may even purchase something.

Make sure to check out their Worlds biggest gummi bear and have fun NOT getting that work done.

One More Level

One More Level  7/10



One More Level is a great flash game site I have been using for years. It's a great site because it is simple and it isn't crowed. The ads are just small banner ads with no sound, all games are well categorised and the site is updated daily. The owner only posts games they he enjoys playing, this means you don't get and bugged games that don't work or games they just aren't fun like girly dress up nail games (sorry if that is your sort of thing)

My only thing I feel is that there is a lack of a community. There was once a Forum for fans of the site to discuss games, post walkthroughs and high scores. but it was taken down for what ever reason. I think with a site with a large fan base, this is a good thing to have. I guess there is facebook but it doesn't really let you be anonymous. With a forum or a community it makes you feel like 'this is my site, I belong here' it also lets you meet other people with common interests.

Overall this is a great time waster site and I think everyone should have ago. Some of my favorite games include:

Hello, my name is Stephanie, and I have always wanted to start my own blog. But I could never think of a topic to blog about, my life isn't always interesting..

Dear Blog
       Today I played through God Of War, fed my pet rabbit, played some facebook games and had a good dinner, and that was it in my interesting life.


Also, I don't have many hobbies that I'm good at. Don't get me wrong I do have hobbies. I sew, knit, cook, play video games, I even play Dungeons and Dragons regularly (lvl 5 Eladrin Fire Mage) but I'm not good enough to really blog about these topics. I even gave Rage Comics a go, and thanks to Reddit it turns out I'm not very good at comics.



Also my main skills are with music, singing and  but no-one wants to read about music theory or singing techniques. Thats what text books and singing lessons are for.

I recently spoke to my partner about this and he said "why not review websites? you're always online and showing me the new things you have found." I loved the Idea and now we are here.

I'm going to post about 3 times a week with a new website I have found (I'm also up for suggestions) and I'm going to rate on time wasting factor (how long you can spend on the site, how interesting it is and entertaining) this isn't a review on the technical side of things. The only thing I know about Internet coding and website building, is godaddy.com and the HTML I learnt when I was 15 in highschool. So I'm hoping to show you good sites to check out, new and old that I can always seem to spend lots of time on. also I'll show you the random and the "why?" websites that seem to give me a laugh.
